The Choncky Guarantee
We make fandom-forward gear we're proud of, and we want you stoked every time you open the box. If something's off — it doesn't fit right, the print's wonky, it showed up damaged, or you just don't love the quality — we'll make it right. No interrogation required.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return or exchange.

What's covered
We've got you if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • There's a printing issue — misaligned art, cracked or peeling ink, wrong design, that kind of thing
  • The fit isn't working for you
  • You're just not happy with the quality

That last one is on purpose. If a shirt doesn't feel as good as it looks, that's on us to fix, not you to live with.

How to start a return
Email us at returns@choncky.com with your order number and a quick note on what's going on. A photo helps for damaged or misprinted items, but isn't required. We'll follow up with next steps.

What happens next
For damaged, defective, or misprinted items: we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd rather have, and you won't need to ship the item back.
For fit or quality returns: we'll send you a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us. Just keep the item unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition until the return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it on their end.

A couple of exceptions
Gift cards and items marked as final sale at checkout aren't eligible for return. Everything else — you're covered.

Exchanges
Want a different size or design instead of a refund? Let us know when you email us and we'll set it up as part of your return.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipping into the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The same return conditions above apply.
